Perbedaan Antara Fasiq Dan Zindiq

     Syaikhul Islam رحمه الله berkata: 

“Dan yang dimaksudkan di sini adalah bahwasanya Zindiq dalam kebiasaan para fuqoha adalah munafiq yang ada di zaman Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم, yang dia itu menampakkan keislaman tapi menyembunyikan agama yang lain, sama saja apakah dia itu menyembunyikan agama yang telah terkenal semacam agama Yahudi dan Nashoro ataukah agama yang lain. Atau pula dia itu Mu’aththil (meniadakan nama dan sifat Alloh) menentang adanya Pencipta, menentang akan adanya hari Kiamat dan menentang amal sholih. 

(“Majmu’ul Fatawa”/7/hal. 471).

          Ibnu Manzhur رحمه الله berkata: 

“Kefasikan adalah kedurhakaan dan keluar dari perintah Alloh عز وجل dan keluar dari jalan yang benar.” 

(Lisanul Arob”/10/hal. 308).

          Al Qurthubiy رحمه الله berkata: 

“Kefasikan dalam adat penggunaan syariat adalah: keluar dari ketaatan pada Alloh عز وجل . Bisa jadi bermakna keluar dari Islam, kufur, dan bisa pula keluar yang bermakna kemaksiatan saja.”

📝🔹Question:

What are the places which you can prostrate at while reciting as the imaam in the prayers which are prayed aloud?
And is it specific surahs where this takes place in for the imaam or is it general to all places prostrations are made?

📩🔸Answer:

The most correct opinion in this is; that there are fifteen places of prostration:
Al-A'Raaf, Al'Ra'd, An-Nahl, Al-Israa, Maryam, Al-Hajj -two prostrations-, Al-Furqaan, An-Naml, As-Sajdah, Saad, Fusilat, An-Najm, Al-Inshiqaaq, Al-'Alaq.

Some of these places of prostrations have been reported from the Prophet ﷺ and some others from the companions, and some of them have a consensus in regards to the prostration in it.

📝🔹Question:

If I hear the call to prayer of Fajr then go back to sleep without getting up to pray until after the sun has risen, would I be sinning?.
And what is the ruling concerning my prayer?.

📩🔸Answer:

If you was negligent and careless in this regard you would be sinful.
