It's the case with some of the Muslims when you speak concerning an innovator or a disbeliever, they say:

"Leave the creation to the creator, their reckoning will be with their lord, it is He who possesses paradise and the hellfire."

Is this correct?.

📩🔸Answer:

This is not correct, because speaking about them and warning from them is considered giving advise for the sake of the religion of Allah.

May Allah reward you with good.

📩🔸Answer:

Yes it’s permissible, rather it’s obligatory upon him to do this as it’s from perfecting his responsibility over her and having protective jealousy in her regards.
